Hanan Mor reported that the subsidiary, KM Medaf, received construction permits to perform earthworks, walls, lining and foundations in the lots in Beer Ya’akov.

Works are expected to begin during the month of February, as part of winning the “reduced price” tender of the Israel Land Authority.

As part of the project, the company is expected to build 221 housing units, 50% of which are at a “reduced price” and the rest for sale on the free market.

Hanan Mor predicts that the total revenues from the project will reach about NIS 450 million, and the expected gross profit is about NIS 66 million, while the expected surpluses from the project are about NIS 101 million.
