Harnaaz Sandhu, winner of the Miss Universe 2021 title, is currently a star on social media. Vishwasundaripattam arrives in India after 21 years. As the cyber world celebrates this achievement, the question Steve Harvey asked Harnas at the Vishwasundari stage was controversial.
Criticism stemmed from the fact that presenter Steve Harvey was asked to mimic Harnas. Harvey asked Harnas if he heard you imitate animals … and if so. Immediately, Harnas imitated the cat’s voice, saying hello. The audience received it with full applause. The video also went viral on social media.
But when Harvey asked other contestants about their accomplishments, a section of social media was critical of why Harnas told Sandhu to imitate like animals. Criticisms arose as to whether that was the question to be asked in the Miss Universe pageant and whether to ask another question to a woman who is an actress and model doing the Masters De Gree.
But now, in an interview with India Today, Harnas has come up with a response on the issue. Harnas’ answer was that there was nothing wrong with asking such a question at a beauty pageant. ‘Don’t think that beauty pageants are all perfect. Steve, one of his favorite personalities, is happy to ask such a question. He was able to stand on the stage and show off his great talent, ”said Harnas.
