Health: “prevention” and “access to care”, key words
The national health insurance expenditure target (Ondam) should continue to increase in 2023: the PLFSS sets this increase at 3.7% excluding expenditure linked to the health crisis, which sets the amount at 243.1 billion euros. euros. Measures included in the bill are therefore intended to be clarified during the National Council for the refoundation and negotiations of the medical convention between Medicare and liberal doctors.

Free emergency contraception for adults is also listed.
Tobacco Control: after two years of stability, the price of a pack of cigarettes “will rise like inflation”, Prime Minister Elisabeth Born announced on Monday.
