(ANSA) – TRIESTE, MARCH 26 – “Thanks to the ruling of the Constitutional Court we have resolved an issue that had been going on for years, that is, the different contributory mix between our healthcare professionals. It was not a simple battle and it is not yet concluded, in the meantime the equalization with the evolution of the Regional Additional Resources (Rar) allows me to say that the initial average fund per capita of those who worked in the Western Friuli Health Authority was 5,703 euros and with the equalization it increases by 1,153 euros, reaching a value that brings all regional public health employees to a final average fund per capita of 6,856 euros”. The Councilor for Health Riccardo Riccardi said this in the III Comm. of the Regional Council.
Responding to a question on the ruling of the Constitutional Court on the necessary financial autonomy “to overcome the limitations of the historical cost of personnel spending”, Riccardi hoped that the new contribution agreement for general practice and the regional supplementary agreement “can help us in the solutions, because looking at the curve of the number of outgoing doctors compared to that of incoming doctors in 2024 the first ones will be 14,300 against the 9,900 incoming ones. In a future perspective, the trend reversal will take place in 2029, with the forecast of 10,500 outgoing doctors and 12 thousand incoming”. These are data relating to the planning of the number of accesses to medical and health professions and the remuneration of these professionals”. (ANSA).
