jpnn.com – SEMARANG – Head of the Government Goods/Services Procurement Policy Agency (LKPP) Hendrar Prihadi is ready to support former TNI Commander General (ret.) Andika Perkasa in the Central Java Gubernatorial Election (Pilgub Jateng).
The man who is familiarly called Hendi admitted that Andika Perkasa’s name was being widely discussed in the PDI Perjuangan DPP to take part in the 2024 Central Java Pilkada political contest, next November.
“Yes, okay, Mr. Andika, everyone knows that he was (once) the TNI Commander, I think there is no problem whoever gets the recommendation,” he said at the MG Setos Hotel in Semarang City, Friday (2/8).
The former Mayor of Semarang left all decisions to Megawati Soekarnoputri as the General Chairperson (Ketum) of the PDI Perjuangan.
If the recommendation from the center regarding the Central Java gubernatorial candidate falls into the hands of Andika Perkasa, he fully supports it and will help win the Central Java gubernatorial election.
“I am a party official, so whoever is assigned, me or others, or Mr. Andika, yes, I will definitely support them,” he said.
“I will finish serving as Head of LKPP in October 2027. I will endeavor to improve Central Java Province. I am just waiting for the party’s recommendation, whether to assign me or not,” he said.
