After her 17-year-old son disappeared, singer Shane O’Connor posted a tweet today (Saturday) announcing that her son Shane had put an end to his life. According to her, her son “decided to end his earthly struggle, and now he is with God.”
In a tweet, O’Connor paid tribute to her son and wrote: “My beautiful son, Nevim, Shane O’Connor, the light of my life, has leaned on me, to rest on your bed in peace.” In addition, the singer expressed hope that no one would follow in his footsteps.
According to police in Ireland, the son’s body was found south of the city of Dublin as early as yesterday. Boy Shane has been missing since Thursday, when his mother even tweeted a number of tweets calling for him to return home: “Shane, smile dear, God did not just bring you that beautiful smile. My world will collapse without you, you are my heart.”
