General Chairperson of the National Leadership of the Alumni Family of the Indonesian Muslim Student Action Unit (KAKAMMI) H. Suryadi Jaya Purnama, ST. MT said the National Working Meeting was an event to increase feelings of brotherhood and nationality.

“In the end, it ensures the realization of member happiness and proves that KAKAMMI is a statesman Muslim organization,” Suryadi was quoted as saying, Monday (6/5).

Meanwhile, KAKAMMI held the Halabihalal and National Working Meeting (RAKERNAS) II which lasted for two days in Gunung Sahari, Central Jakarta, on Friday-Saturday, 3 – 4 May 2024.

The National Working Meeting is an annual routine agenda for the organization to evaluate last year’s work and plan the main points of the work plan for the next year.

“Considering that we are still in the month of Shawwal, the National Working Meeting agenda is also used as a halalbihal agenda with sermons given by a preacher who is also a KAMMI alumnus, Ustaz Fahmu Rusdi, Lc. M.Pdi,” said Suryadi.

According to him, this meeting is an important forum for the KAMMI alumni family which involves elements of the Supervisory Board, Expert Council, National Leadership, Central Management and Regional Management representatives to jointly carry out work evaluations and formulate strategic steps in carrying out routine organizational activities.

Apart from that, the National Working Meeting was held to prepare the organization regarding the current conditions of the nation after the 2024 presidential election contestation and ahead of the simultaneous regional elections in November 2024.
