At the ‘Auto Expo 2023’ held in Greater Noida, Delhi, Honda has showcased its Ethanol-powered motorcycle XR 300.
The exhibition has a dedicated display area for ethanol fueled vehicles. Honda’s XRE 300 motorcycle was on display in that area.
The motorcycle is powered by a single engine with a capacity of 291 cc, which can run on ethanol or petrol if required. At 7,500 rpm, the bike churns out 25 hp of power. It is reported that the power increases to 25.2 hp when running on ethanol.
India’s largest auto expo, Auto Expo, which is held every two years, started on 11th.
Leading automobile manufacturers like Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata Motors, Kia India, Toyota Kirloskar participated in the 16th edition of the exhibition.
However, Honda did not participate in this exhibition. However, in the two-wheelers showcased in the Ethanol category, Honda has included its XRE 300 motorcycle.
