The Park Lane Hong Kong decided to take you to relive your childhood memories this time, and launched the “Pink Dream Tea Party” menu in the lobby lounge Ebb & Flow, and let you remember your childhood with childlike afternoon tea.
The “Pink Dream Tea Party” afternoon tea presents a variety of exquisite salty and sweet desserts, including handmade soft lobster buns and smoked salmon rolls that can evoke picnic memories with friends; red cherry, passion fruit and raspberry chocolate cream cups recalling childhood birthday parties, as well as fresh strawberry Napoleons, and homemade traditional English muffins and pink cranberry muffins with a buttery flavor, served with jam and English cream, just like your family prepares breakfast for you.
This afternoon tea is hosted by Roy Lau, the hotel pastry chef with 35 years of experience in pastry cooking.
