Brest customs clarifies.
Procedure for citizens if they need to obtain copies of customs documents for a vehicle
Submit a written application indicating the reason for the need to obtain the requested copies in one of the following ways:
• on purpose to the duty service of the Brest Customs (Gavrilova St., 45) or to the customs clearance point of the Brest Customs;
• electronically through the state unified republican system for recording and processing appeals from citizens and legal entities (https://appeals.bel);
• by mail, by sending to the address: 224028, Brest, Gavrilova St., 45. Brest customs.
An application for the issuance of copies is considered in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities” within 15 calendar days.
Copies are handed over to the applicant (or another person authorized by an official valid power of attorney) upon presentation of an identification document. It is possible to send copies for issue to any customs office of the Republic of Belarus (if indicated by the applicant in the application).
