HTC is preparing a headset with virtual and augmented reality technologies, according to The Verge. It will be officially presented on January 5, 2023 as part of the CES consumer electronics show in Las Vegas.
HTC global head of product department Shen Ye told reporters that the new product will combine compact dimensions, light weight and modern technology. It is promised that the headset can be used both for games and for professional tasks.
Judging by the teaser published by The Verge, the accessory will be made in the form of glasses with installed cameras and integrated color screens. It is stated that the headset will be wireless, will be able to work up to two hours without recharging, will support controllers with six degrees of freedom and will track hand movement.
