The federal government had said that new personnel would be selected for the security forces under the name ‘Agnipath’. Those selected under the scheme will be allowed to work for only four years. In this context, BJP National General Secretary Kailash Vijayavarkia recently spoke to reporters regarding the fire. He then said, “When a firefighter receives military training and leaves the service four years later, he will receive Rs 11 lakh and wear the firefighter badge. If I want to hire security for the BJP office, I will give priority to Agniveeran. ”
Several political party leaders have condemned the BJP leader’s talk of employing soldiers as security guards. Commenting on the incident, Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party co-ordinator Arvind Kejriwal said on his Twitter page, “I urge the senior BJP leader not to insult the youth and soldiers of this country.
The youth of the country are working hard day and night to pass the physical fitness test and the written test. Because they want to join the army and serve the country for the rest of their lives. But the BJP wants them to be the guardians of their party office. ”
According to Kailash Vijayavarkia, the Congress party has posted on its Twitter page, “Kailash Vijayavarkia of the BJP has cleared all doubts about the Agnipath project.”
