jpnn.comJAKARTA – Jakarta gubernatorial candidate Ridwan Kamil said he would build housing for residents above markets and stations.
RK said this when he met the TKN Fanta Prabowo-Gibran team in Menteng, Central Jakarta, Monday (2/9).
“Later, we will try to build above the Jakarta markets, above Manggarai (station), Dukuh Atas, above Tanah Abang, Djuanda,” said RK.
According to him, the request to increase housing or residential areas for residents was Prabowo’s request.
“So, one of Mr. Prabowo’s ideas and directives is that Jakarta should please build housing in the city center, but the land is running out,” he said.
In addition to above the market and station, Prabowo also directed that former government land abandoned when Jakarta was no longer the capital be converted into housing.
The former Governor of West Java praised Prabowo for really caring about the people.
“A president who cares about public housing, vertical Jakarta, yes, including the idea of building on roads and so on, that will be a priority,” he said. (mcr4/jpnn)
