Kuwait City – A special camera has been installed in Kuwait to detect people using mobile phones while driving. The camera will also catch law violators such as not wearing seat belts, not maintaining distance, speeding, and turning left or right without signaling.
The Director General of the Security Department Lt. General Tawheed Al Kandari said. From January to November last year, 170 people died in accidents. Most of the accidents are caused by careless driving.
