IMDB picks the most popular Indian actors.

Internet Movie Database (IMDB) has released this year’s list of most popular Indian actors. Dhanush has been selected as the most popular Indian actor of 2022 by IMDB. Dhanush has also acted in Russo Brothers’ Hollywood film ‘The Gray Man’ in 2022. Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt came second in the list.
Apart from ‘The Gray Man’, Dhanush’s films ‘Maran’, ‘Tiruchithrambalam’ and ‘Nane Varuven’ are released in 2022. Aishwarya Rai who starred in ‘Ponniyin Selvani’ is at the third position on the IMDB list. Ram Charan is at the fourth position in the list. Ram Charan gained popularity through SS Rajamouli’s film ‘RRR’.
Dhanush’s upcoming movie is ‘Vaathi’. The film is directed by Venky Atluri. Venky Atluri is also writing the screenplay of the film. Malayalam actor Samyukta Menon is the heroine of the film.
The song penned by Dhanush was released earlier in the film and became a huge hit. GV Prakash Kumar has informed that the recording of the second song of ‘Vathi’ is in progress. GV Prakash Kumar has composed the music of the film. Aditya Music had acquired the audio rights of the film, which will release on February 17, for Rs 3.75 crore. ‘Vaathi’ is produced by Gavanshi S and Sai Geyya. The film is edited by Naveen Nooli. The film is distributed by Red Giant Movies.
