/ Manchester United succeeded in defeating its guest Liverpool (4-3) in a match between them on Sunday evening, at Old Trafford, in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup.
Manchester United qualified for the FA Cup semi-finals, joining Manchester City, Coventry City and Chelsea.
Manchester United began to pose an early threat to Liverpool through Wan-Bissaka, who shot a weak shot in the 2nd minute, which easily reached Kelleher’s hand.
The home side’s advantage continued, as Rashford shot a low ball in the 4th minute, but it was blocked by the Liverpool goalkeeper.

The two teams resorted to two additional periods, and the excitement continued between them, starting with Anthony’s dangerous shot in the 92nd minute, and Lindelof almost scored a wonderful goal in the 100th minute, but his shot hit Liverpool’s outside net.
Elliott scored a third goal in the 105th minute after a shot hit Eriksen’s foot, sending the ball into Manchester United’s net. Kelleher prevented Maguire from equalizing in the 110th minute, after he blocked his powerful shot from inside Liverpool’s penalty area.
Rashford equalized with a goal with a wonderful low shot in the 112th minute, bringing the score between Manchester United and Liverpool (3-3).
Amad Diallo scored a fourth goal in the 120th minute after receiving a Jarnacho pass inside the Liverpool penalty area. He celebrated by taking off his shirt and then received a yellow card, as a result of which he was sent off.
