In Azerbaijan, solving social issues of citizens and improving their living conditions is at the center of state policy.
As Day.Az was informed by the State Housing Construction Agency, construction continues at a rapid pace within the framework of the agency’s next project – the Shirvan residential complex.
It was noted that the residential complex being built in the city of Shirvan on an area of more than 8 hectares will consist of 25 buildings. In total, there will be 1,264 apartments in the 9- and 12-story buildings. Of these, 32 are studio apartments, 216 are two-room apartments, 768 are three-room apartments and 248 are four-room apartments. In addition, it is planned to commission social facilities, children’s playgrounds, 1 kindergarten for 80 places and a secondary school for 960 students on the territory. All apartments will be renovated and equipped with kitchen furniture.
After some time, young people, no older than 35 years old, family members and other citizens, regardless of marital status, will be able to take advantage of the right to receive housing on preferential terms in Shirvan.
