From May 15 to May 19, 2023, it opens second intake of applications under “Aid to support the liquidity of farmers to overcome the negative economic impact of Russian aggression against Ukraine. This was decided by the Management Board of the State Fund “Agriculture” (DFZ) at its meeting.
According to the Guidelines for the implementation of the aid, approved on 28.03.2023, the reception of applications for assistance was opened in the period from April 3 to April 13, 2023. In this period, 36,255 applications were received, of which 35,109 were eligible for assistance.
After the deadline for submitting aid applications to the Ministry of Agriculture and the State Fund “Agriculture”, numerous signals were received from farmers who failed to submit applications within this deadline. In this regard, the Management Board of the DFZ considered it expedient to open an additional period for accepting applications under the scheme, which would allow farmers who failed to submit applications in the initial period to do so in the new one.
The DFZ and the Ministry of Health are about to prepare amendments to the instructions for granting the aid.
