A few days ago, residents of Vagonnaya Street, namely three houses, contacted the editor. The fact is that with the beginning of the heating season, no heating appeared in them. The boiler room that heats these houses was not lit. Karaganda residents sounded the alarm, after which events unfolded very quickly. We managed to achieve the main thing – heat appeared in the houses, the ekaraganda.kz correspondent reports.
A resident of one of these houses, Irina Arlimova, spoke about how the events unfolded after contacting the editor.
Let us remind you that houses No. 2/1, 2/2 and 2/3 are located on Vagonnaya Street. There is no central heating supply there and never was. Every winter they are heated by a small boiler house, which, according to a resident, was in a deplorable state this year. This happened because of the past of KSK. And the new service company that offered them its services planned to set an unaffordable tariff.
Literally on the same day, says Irina Aleksandrovna, representatives of the district akimat held an extraordinary meeting with the residents. And things began to move from a dead point. The following events unfolded last night. The Akimat provided two coal trucks and by nightfall the boiler room was flooded. Warmth began to flow into the houses.
“Another resident of the house and a familiar heating engineer took over the boiler room. The tariff will be 400 tenge per square meter per apartment. Since there are few apartments and less will not be enough for anything. The Akimat brought us two trucks of coal,” says Irina Arlimova.
The Housing and Communal Services Department of the Kazybek Bi District Akimat also confirmed this information.
“Assistance was provided in providing material and technical conditions. Coal was provided for the near future, enough for two weeks. Yesterday evening, this network was filled, the boiler room was turned on at night, and houses were heated,” says department head Erik Akhmetov.
However, another interesting question is how many more years will residents continue to use the boiler room. They would all like central heating. The proposed implementation of the project was reported to the city construction department. Gasification is possible there.
“Gasification of Karaganda consists of four stages and 16 start-up complexes. If we talk about Vagonnaya Street, then in the project Vagonnaya Street refers to Fedorovka. The carriage is part of the project of the 4th launch complex of the 1st stage. We bring the conclusions to these houses, and in the future, residents can connect to gasification through the district akimat, through protocols and through the modernization of housing. Gasification began in 2024 and with full funding this project can be completed at the end of 2025,” explains department head Murat Kamaliev.
