Today, Friday, the Ministry of Planning revealed, in numbers, a map of the distribution of job numbers in ministries and governorates.
The spokesman for the Ministry of Planning, Abdul Zahra Al-Hindawi, said in a statement to the (INA): “The total number of job numbers granted to employees amounted to more than (3) million and (600) thousand job numbers, and these numbers are comprehensive as well as for employees of special grades (Director General and above),” noting that “the numbers include all state employees according to their data received from the relevant authorities.”
Al-Hindawi explained that “the job numbers that were granted include employees of (23) ministries,” noting that “the Ministry of Interior is in the lead, as the number of its members who have obtained the job number has reached more than (694) thousand members, while the Ministry of Migration and Displacement has the least, as the number of its employees who have obtained the job number has reached (1482) male and female employees.”
He continued, “The number of employees in the (15) governorates who obtained the job number reached more than (1) million and (160) thousand,” noting that “Baghdad has the largest share with more than (277) thousand male and female employees, and the least is Salah al-Din Governorate with (6600) male and female employees who obtained the job number, and there are about (248) thousand male and female employees from entities not affiliated with a ministry who obtained the job number.”
