The exhibition presents works by artists and icon painters from different countries, as well as works by graduates of the Belarusian State Academy of Arts. Here are the works of the laureates of the all-Belarusian competition of children’s drawings on the history and modernity of the Orthodox Church in Belarus.
The exhibition also contains a lot of photographic materials reflecting the earthly path of Metropolitan Philaret. Photographs from the Metropolitan’s personal archive, from the archives of the Minsk Diocesan Administration, and photographs of people from the inner circle of the Patriarchal Exarch were used.
The exhibition “The Sanctity of the Belarusian Land” will be held in Brest on the street. Sovetskaya, 54 until November 5. Opening hours from 10.00 to 18.00. Free admission.
