Directly in the App, the more than 4.6 million PosteMobile SIM holders will be able to view their tariff plan, options, promotions and active bonuses; minutes, SMS and gigs still available in the month; check the details of telephone traffic and top-ups made; check and top up the remaining credit; view and activate dedicated options and promotions; request assistance via chat.
To take advantage of the new services, the customer must register at poste.it and enter the Postepay App using the same login credentials to the site or can access in simplified mode using the App under cover of the PosteMobile network.
