According to the agreements announced last night, in malls and closed commercial areas, a tight purple mark will be applied immediately, according to the occupancy rate of one person per 15 square meters. Immunization stations will be established in 50 main centers in the malls, and special benefits will be given to those who are vaccinated in the mall.

The outline was formulated by Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, Foreign Minister Yair Lapid, Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz, Economy Minister Orna Barbibai and Deputy Minister Avir Kara. This, after the outline of the green mark in the closed commercial complexes failed due to opposition and disagreements over its implementation.

Last week, Prime Minister Bennett and Health Minister Horowitz agreed that vaccinated and recovering people who return to Israel from red countries will be able to sign the “agreement” after the test at Ben Gurion Airport, thus maintaining the insulation at home and not in a hotel. The ministers will also approve a law that will allow the denial of funding for Corona hotels from unvaccinated passengers who return to Israel.
