Teva, the Israeli pharmaceutical giant, will pay 225 million dollars in penalties for having inflated the price of certain drugs. In the same case, the Indian group Glenmark will pay 30 million dollars. In exchange, Washington suspends the ongoing lawsuits against the two companies. It is the last act of a long legal procedure, which began in 2019.
