Opening the work of this last meeting of the CPDH for the current year, the governor of the province, Adil El Maliki, praised the actions and commitment of the partners for the achievement of the expected objectives of this large-scale project. , highlighting the mobilization demonstrated by certain civil society organizations, particularly in the field of health at the provincial level.

Highlighting the significant achievements accumulated across the province as part of this project, thanks to the federation of the efforts of various stakeholders and actors, Mr. El Maliki stressed that the INDH remains a real lever for development.

This meeting, in which members of the CPDH and local human development committees, heads of external services and representatives of partners took part, was an opportunity for the head of the Social Action Division (DAS) to the prefecture, Hassania Dmaj, to present an exhaustive presentation on the results of the achievements and projects retained by the CPDH for the year which is ending.

In a statement to MAP, Ms. Dmaj indicated that the CPDH ensured that the validated projects covered the different municipalities within the province, with a particular focus on local authorities suffering from a deficit in terms of infrastructure. basis within the framework of the program dedicated to this purpose.

During this meeting, the CPDH also approved three projects relating to support for production chains as part of the income improvement and economic inclusion program for young people, for an investment estimated at 1.76 million dirhams.

These projects concern the creation of economic centers dedicated to the animation and development of the argan sector in the centers of the municipalities of Targant and Ida Ou Kloul (500,000 DH each) as well as the marketing and promotion of argan products. argan (760,000 DH).

This meeting was punctuated by a series of presentations presented by institutional and associative actors, focusing in particular on the management of the addiction medicine center, the activities and initiatives of the Sanad Association in the field of health, efforts deployed in this vital sector at the provincial level, the actions of the Sidi Magdoul association for the benefit of people with kidney failure and the programs and services provided by the orientation and assistance center for people with disabilities.

Subsequently, a batch of equipment and materials intended for income-generating projects for the benefit of ten former detainees was handed over, financed within the framework of the partnership between the INDH and the Mohammed VI Foundation. for the Reintegration of Prisoners.

In a statement to MAP, Ms. Zakia Amrani, deputy coordinator of the support and reintegration center in Safi, explained that this initiative comes as part of efforts targeting people in precarious situations, specifying that the overall cost of these projects which concern the fields of agriculture and catering, amounts to 338,868 DH.

At the same time, a total of 9 school transport buses and 6 ambulances were handed over for the benefit of several rural communities in the province.

Thus, five ambulances were handed over to the municipalities of Mramer, Sidi Ali Kerati, Tafedna, Imi Ntlit and Takoucht, while the sixth will be reserved for one of the Al Omouma dours at the provincial level.

Regarding school transport buses, they were handed over to the communes of Tmanar, Aït Saïd, Mzilat, Sidi Abdeljalil, Zaouia de Sidi Hmida, Sidi Kaouki, Sidi Ahmed Ou Hmad, Zaouit and Tahalouant.

In addition, checks were distributed, with a total value of 500,329 DH, relating to income-generating activities and delivered by National Mutual Assistance for the benefit of people with disabilities as part of the Support Fund. to social protection and social cohesion.
