India women’s team has ended Australia’s record of 16 consecutive victories in T20 cricket.

India Women defeated Australia in the 2nd T20I in Navi Mumbai. Batting first, the Australian team scored 187 runs for the loss of 1 wicket in 20 overs. Beth Mooney and Dahila McGrath were unbeaten on 82 and 70 respectively. The Indian women’s team chased down this difficult target well and scored 187 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in 20 overs to tie the match. After this, the Indian team won the Super Over. Batting first, the Indian team scored 20 runs for the loss of 1 wicket in 1 over. The Australian team lost by 16 runs for the loss of 1 wicket.
