On Saturday, the highest temperature of 44.1 degrees Celsius was recorded in Sheikhpura district of Bihar, while in Aurangabad the temperature was 43.7 degrees Celsius.

Mercury crossed 42 in 11 districts

Talking about the temperature in other districts of Bihar, it was 43.2 degree Celsius in Jamui and Nawada, 43 degree Celsius in Gaya, 42.7 degree Celsius in Bhojpur, 42.6 degree Celsius in Dehri and Banka, 42.5 degree Celsius in Khagaria, 42.2 degree Celsius in Patna and Madhubani recorded 42 degrees Celsius.

School timings changed in Patna

Patna district administration has changed the timings of schools from Saturday in view of the rising temperature. According to an order issued by District Magistrate Shirat Kapil Ashok on Friday, instructions were given to change the timings of all schools in the state capital from 6.30 am to 11.30 am. According to this, this order implemented from April 20 will remain effective till April 30.
