Hema Malini’s Heartfelt Remembrance
Dharmendra’s wife, actress Hema malini, earlier this week shared a deeply personal tribute on social media. She wrote, “Dharam ji. He was many things to me. Loving husband, adoring father of our two girls, Esha & Ahaana, friend, philosopher, guide, poet.” Malini continued, “My personal loss is indescribable and the vacuum created is something that will last through the rest of my life.”
Dharmendra’s Final Days and Lasting Impact
Dharmendra had been experiencing health challenges related to age-related ailments. His condition deteriorated in mid-November, requiring hospitalization in Mumbai. Tho briefly discharged, his health continued to decline until his passing. A large gathering of Bollywood stars-including Shah Rukh Khan, salman Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, and Abhishek Bachchan-attended his funeral.
Despite his passing, Dharmendra’s work will live on.He is scheduled to appear posthumously in Sriram Raghavan’s upcoming film, Scream, alongside Agastya Nanda and Jaideep Ahlawat, set for release on December 25.
