It was recorded that the Indonesian Navy’s 7th Marine Infantry Battalion fighter Serda (Mar) M Andi Nur Riski won a medal at the Singapore Age Group Swimming Championships in Singapore, Monday (18/3).

Serda Mar M Andi Nur Riski managed to bring home a bronze medal after finishing third in the 200 meter butterfly swim with a time of 2 minutes 6 seconds.

He achieved proud achievements in the 2024 Singapore Age Group Swimming Championships, which was attended by 400 participants from various countries in Southeast Asia and India.

Obtaining the Bronze Medal not only made history for the unit and of course also made the 7th Infantry Battalion/Brigif 4 Mar/BS, Marine Corps and Indonesian Navy proud.

Commander of the 7th Marine Infantry Battalion, Marine Lieutenant Colonel Alex Zulkarnain expressed his pride for all the extraordinary achievements achieved by his soldiers.

Lt. Col. Alex emphasized to all his soldiers to continue to provide motivation for other soldiers so that they can develop achievements both in the TNI-Polri sphere and in the national and international arena.

He hopes that the achievements made on the international stage can inspire the enthusiasm of other Indonesian Navy fighting soldiers to increase their achievements in any field until they reach the national and international level.
