Tijuana, BC.- The National Institute for Adult Education (INEA) will give the opportunity to people over 15 years of age to obtain the primary or secondary certificate with a single general knowledge exam.
Ricardo Torres, coordinator of the Zone 13 of the Institute in Baja Californiaannounced that the promotion and accreditation day will be held on November 16 and 17 on the esplanade of the Tijuana Municipal Palace, where they will apply the evaluation, which lasts two hours.
