Inflation Report Released by INEGI ⁤in Mexico

With the recent global economic turbulence,⁤ the National Institute⁢ of Statistics ‍and Geography (INEGI) released the⁤ monthly inflation report for Mexico, as of ​July.

According to ⁤INEGI, the​ annual inflation rate stood at 5.57%, marking its fifth consecutive month of increases and remaining ‍far from the 3% target set by the Bank of Mexico (Banxico).

The report also‍ revealed:

⁣The ⁤National Consumer Price Index (NCPI) ⁣increased by⁣ 1.05% compared to the previous month.
⁣The core price index ‌increased by 0.32% monthly and 4.05% annually.
