Abu Dhabi: Inflow of job applicants to UAE company that announced menstrual leave. The company has announced additional leave with pay in relation to issues faced by women such as menstruation, menopause and abortion. Then within 24 hours more than 1000 people sent applications to the company.
Tish Tash, a communication agency in the UAE, has announced a special leave policy for women. After such announcement, 1200 job applications poured into the company in 24 hours. The company receives more than 100 phone calls daily in this regard.
The company has announced that it will provide six days of menopause and menstrual leave in a year. The company announces such woman-friendly leaves in addition to the leave granted for sickness and personal problems.
