Infosys has reported a net profit of Rs 5,809 crore for the December 2021 quarter.
The country’s 2nd largest IT Services company Infosys released its financial results for the December quarter. Infosys has reported a net profit of Rs 5,809 crore for the December 2021 quarter. This is 12 percent more than in the December 2020 quarter. Infosys had a net profit of Rs 5,197 crore for the quarter.
Infosys’ total operating income rose to Rs 31,867 crore in the December 2021 quarter. This is an increase of 22.91 percent over the same quarter last year. In the December 2020 quarter, Infosys had an operating revenue of Rs 25,927 crore.
Infosys has raised its guideline (revenue growth measure) for the fiscal year 2021-22 to 19.5-20 per cent based on the fixed rupee value. It was 16.5-17.5 per cent in the previous estimate. Shares of Infosys rose 1.16 per cent to Rs 1,877.60 on the Bombay Stock Exchange yesterday.
