Former AIADMK spokesperson Pukahendi said that the AIADMK had planned to attack the OBS at the recent AIADMK general body meeting and that the OPS had come out safely with the help of the police.
Former AIADMK spokesperson in Coimbatore and supporter of O. Panneer Selvam, Pukahendi spoke to reporters. Pukahendi then said, “The court has ruled that no amendment or any other resolution should be brought in the 23 General Assembly resolutions. If the 23rd resolution is rejected, then the AIADMK executives sat for 10 days and chose why. Those in the AIADMK are constantly afraid of CV Shanmugam. According to Rule 43 in the Executive Committee on December 1, the co-ordinator and co-coordinator may continue for 5 years as elected.
Both positions were elected by the people. No one can change this. Today they are roaming the road with their hands on the bylaw (party rules) brought by MGR. If CV Shanmugam says all the posts are gone then are all the elected people vacant ?. Did he bring in OBS 11 legislators and attack him for taking over as chief minister? Did Vidya Vidya negotiate and declare the party’s chief ministerial candidate as Palanichamy? As Pukahendi questioned.
And, “I said a year ago that they would one day put a check on the OBS who gave up everything. Are committing atrocities in the name of the public. CV Shanmugam and Dharmar have been appointed as Members of Parliament by the Co-ordinator and Co-Coordinator elected on December 1 using the powers of the Executive Committee. If there is no such post of coordinator, co-coordinator then there will be no post given to CV Shanmugam. We will go to court for this. ”
He added, “Why did Velumani warn the DMK at the meeting? Does not seem to. Uray laughs, OBS and Vaidyalingam would have been attacked if the police had betrayed them yesterday.
