‘Inside Out 2’, the second story of the Disney/Pixar animation film ‘Inside Out’, will be released in June.
According to distributor Walt Disney Company Korea on the 26th, ‘Inside Out 2’ confirmed its simultaneous IMAX release on June 12th.
‘Inside Out 2’ is an animation about the crisis and adventure that begins again when Riley’s peaceful daily life is shattered as new unfamiliar emotions such as ‘anxiety’, ’embarrassment’, ‘boring’, and ‘envy’ appear in the emotional control center in Riley’s head at the age of 13. It’s a movie. This is the second story of ‘Inside Out’, which was released in 2015.
‘Inside Out’ is loved for its characters that personify everyone’s emotions and a relatable story, and not only exceeded 4.97 million viewers domestically, but also exceeded $850 million in worldwide revenue, and won Best Animated Feature at the 88th Academy Awards. It received love from audiences and critics alike. ‘Inside Out 2’, which returns after 9 years, is drawing explosive expectations as it plans to tell the story of the five existing emotions as well as new emotions that have emerged.
The special poster released on this day draws attention by depicting the meeting of five existing emotions and new, unfamiliar emotions. The five emotions ‘joy’, ‘irritability’, ‘sadness’, ‘irritability’, and ‘timidity’ located in the emotional control headquarters. ‘Anxiety’, ’embarrassment’, ‘boring’, and ‘envy’ suddenly burst into the headquarters with a lot of baggage. ‘As he looks up, he shows an uncomfortable expression, as if he is wary of new emotions.
