The⁣ exit lane⁣ towards‌ Romania is ‍currently not operational and is being managed⁢ by traffic signals.⁣ Border⁣ police officers are also assisting with traffic organization.

Trucks are‌ primarily queuing within‍ the‍ designated buffer parking lot. However, a backlog ⁣has formed from the roundabout at the Danube Bridge all the way to the Ruse Free Zone.

Over the past 24⁤ hours, a total of⁣ 2,642 trucks have crossed the ‍bridge in⁤ both directions. Of these, 1,451 trucks departed Bulgaria, while 1,191 ‌entered the country.

Border authorities urge drivers to adhere to overtaking restrictions and follow the instructions ‌of officials managing traffic flow.
