International Court of Justice issues warrant to arrest Putin for war crimes

The International Criminal Court has issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Putin for alleged war crimes involving child abductions from Ukraine, the International Criminal Court said.

The court said in a statement that Putin was responsible for the war crime of illegal deportation of children and the illegal transfer of population (children) from the occupied territories of Ukraine to the Russian Federation.
