Institutional Investor, an independent research company with 50 years of history, has recognized Intesa Sanpaolo as the best European bank and the best Italian company for relations with financial analysts and institutional investors and for the ESG, Environmental, social and governance aspects. The first Italian credit group dominates the rankings of the last four years, built on the assessments expressed by the financial community, both on the people, and their way of communicating with the market, and on the contents developed by the bank.

Chief Executive Officer Carlo Messina was therefore the best chief executive officer for the fourth year since the introduction, six years ago, of the ranking that takes into account both the analysts ‘and institutional investors’ votes. The financial director Stefano Del Punta the best chief financial officer for the fifth year, Marco Delfrate for the fourth time the first investor relator.
