jpnn.comJAKARTA – The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has scheduled an examination of the Secretary General of the DPR RI Indra Iskandar on Wednesday (8/5).

He was questioned regarding the alleged corruption case in the procurement of goods and services at the DPR RI.

“The examination took place at the KPK’s Red and White building,” said KPK spokesman Ali Fikri in his statement.

Apart from Indra, the KPK also summoned the Project Manager of PT. Integra Indocabinet Andrias Catur Prasetya.

It is not yet known what examination material investigators want to investigate for the two parties.

Previously, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) on Friday (23/2) announced that it had started an investigation into the alleged corruption case in the procurement of equipment for the residences of DPR RI members for the 2020 fiscal year.

According to Ali Fikri, increasing the status of the case to the investigation stage has been agreed upon by the KPK leadership, structural officials of the Deputy for Enforcement of the KPK, as well as KPK investigators and prosecutors.

“Through a case title, it was agreed to move forward with the investigation process related to allegations of corruption in the procurement of office equipment for the DPR RI,” said Ali at the KPK’s Red and White Building, South Jakarta, Jakarta, Friday (23/2).

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) continues to investigate cases of alleged corruption in the procurement of goods and services in the DPR RI.
