Apple’s iPhone 16 Plus may come in seven colors. Five of them will repeat the design options of the standard iPhone 15 line, and the other two will be new. This was reported by MacRumors, citing insiders from China, Day.Az reports with reference to Gazeta.ru.
According to a report from MacRumors, the iPhone 16 Plus will come in blue, pink, yellow, green, black, white and purple colors. For comparison, the iPhone 15 Plus is available in all of the colors listed except the last two.
The leaker didn’t provide any context other than the model name, so it’s unclear whether the rumored variants are entirely or partially exclusive to the iPhone 16 Plus or whether they’ll be available for the iPhone 16 as well. Given that both models are expected to be identical except for size screen, most likely, all colors of the iPhone 16 Plus will be available to buyers of the base iPhone 16.
As for the iPhone 16 Pro models, there are rumors that they could come in new titanium shades called “space black” and “pink”. The Blue Titanium color that the iPhone 15 Pro models are currently available in will presumably be dropped from the iPhone 16 Pro lineup in favor of a new pink hue. Meanwhile, “Space Black”, which is said to be similar to the iPhone 14 Pro’s color of the same name, will replace Black Titanium.
