/ Iran executed, at dawn on Monday, four men by hanging who were convicted of cooperating with the Israeli intelligence agency “Mossad” as part of a plan to sabotage an Iranian defense site, according to what the news agency affiliated with the judiciary in Iran reported.

Mizan Online reported that the four defendants were arrested on July 23, 2022, while preparing an operation for Mossad against a Defense Ministry center in Isfahan, a large city in central Iran.

In late December, Iran executed four other people, whom it described as “saboteurs,” according to Iranian media.

At the time, Mizan News Agency said that the authorities executed 4 “saboteurs” linked to the Israeli intelligence agency “Mossad”.

The agency said that this morning (December 29), “four members of a subversive group linked to the Zionist entity were executed, who committed large-scale acts against the country’s security under the direction of Mossad officials.”

On December 16, Tehran executed an “Israeli intelligence agent.”
