Iran launches missile strike on US embassy in Irbil
Iraqi officials say about 12 missiles have hit the US embassy. U.S. officials said the embassy was newly built and that casualties had been avoided as the office had not yet been brought into use.
U.S. officials did not say what type of missile struck the embassy building.
