Sahar was arrested in 2019 on charges of corruption and blasphemy. But he was released after 14 months of imprisonment. It is reported that Zahar was released as part of widespread protests in Iran following Mahsa Amini’s death in custody. After his release from prison, Sahar also gave an interview to a television channel.

Sahar claimed that Angelina Jolie underwent plastic surgery many times and her face became disfigured. Many such photos were also shared through Instagram. Sahar became famous in 2017. But she said in an interview to a television channel that she did all this for fame and changed her face as shown in the photos with make-up.

All done just for fun. But it changed his life. He also had to stay in jail. Sahar also stated that he is not interested in returning to the social media. Sahar was in jail when he was 19 years old. Sahar’s mother came forward requesting Angelina Jolie’s intervention to free her daughter.

Sahar admitted in the interview that she had minor plastic surgery. Sahar’s real name is Fatima Khishwand. Sahar also said that the photoshopped photo was circulated on social media to get international attention easily. She added that even though her mother insisted her to stop what she was doing for fun, she did not listen. The Iranian government sentenced Sahar to 10 years in prison for spreading misleading photos.
