Irish Passion double cocktail – eat and drink

Irish Passion cocktail based on whiskey combined with spiced tequila, passion fruit flavors and lemon grass aromas. Easy to prepare and recommended to be served in a lowball glass with a cinnamon stick and rosemary

components

50 ml Wild Turkey

15 ml seasoned asfalon

25 ml of Monin passion fruit puree

15 ml Monin Lemon Grass

35 ml squeezed lemon juice

For decoration – a cinnamon stick, a sprig of rosemary

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.

rattle vigorously.

Pour into a low bleu glass filled with coarsely crushed ice.

Place a cinnamon stick and a small sprig of rosemary on the rim of the glass.
