Irun will once again be Oiasso this week on the occasion of the Dies Oiassonis festival, which is making a strong comeback after two years in a reduced format due to the pandemic. Historical re-enactments, classical theatre, cinema, gastronomy and a craft and food products market are some of the initiatives included in the festival programme, which will be held from Thursday to Sunday by the Oiasso Museum, the City Council and different entities .

The Roman circus will return, the historical recreations, the theater will be reinforced and there will be novelties such as the cinema or a dinner with a show. During the festival, more visibility will be given to the project to rehabilitate the baths, through panels that will be placed, as an exhibition, in front of the museum. But the one in the hot springs will not be the only exhibition. In the museum you can visit the exhibition ‘Merida, theatrum mundi’, about the restoration projects of the Roman Theater of Mérida, inaugurated last Friday.
