At the moment in the Netherlands there is really no legalization, but there is also no really enforcement of smoking cannabis, so a gray area has been created that allows smoking without consequences. Within this framework, the famous Kofi Shops also operate in Amsterdam and they often fight the municipality that tries to impose various sanctions on them, for the reasons we mentioned above.
