Uptin Saiidi, a TikTok user who planned to find out how safe Singapore is, left his precious laptop at a popular restaurant Starbucks after going out for almost an hour, only to be surprised to find it still there.
After this, he attached some statistics released by the Singapore government in 2021 and uploaded it as a video. In it, it is stated that “no crime generally considered to have taken place in Singapore in the last 250 days. Accordingly, my laptop also remained where it was kept.
