Moscow continues to be an important intermediary in the process of normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, so it would be logical if the negotiations between these countries took place on the Russian platform, said Dmitry Peskov, the press spokesman of the Russian President, during the briefing.
“President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin has already said that we are ready to provide our platform. “Moscow continues to be a very important mediator in the final settlement of the situation between Armenia and Azerbaijan, and of course it would be logical for the negotiations to be held in Russia,” said Peskov.
