TRENTO. Luciano Rova is the new president of ITAS Mutua. He was appointed this morning by the Board of Directors, which met in the first session after the election on 26 April. Alessandro Molinari was confirmed as CEO.
Alberto Pacher he is deputy vice president, Franco Dalla Sega e Gottfried Tappeiner vice presidents.
Rova, 70 years old, former director of the two previous Boards of Directors, former deputy general director of the Company, past president of the subsidiary Assicuratrice Val Piave (now VHV Italia) and a man of great and profound business experience, takes over from Giuseppe Consoliwho resigned due to reaching the limits of his mandate and who led the company for the last three years.
Rova then underlined the need for ITAS to “adapt to changes and continue to innovate to remain at the forefront of our sector as we have been over the years, always guided, however, by the fundamental values of mutuality understood as a service to insured members and communities in which we operate and inspired by our original principles of sobriety and moral integrity”. You spoke of the mutual company as a choice of field: convinced adhesion to this corporate form which better than any other combines objectives of wealth creation and collective well-being.
