A diverse range of musical acts is set to grace Singapore stages this October, from the visually stunning Wild/Mild World Tour by Taiwanese singer jam Hsiao, to a showcase of homegrown talent and the return of South Korean rapper Loco.
Hsiao’s highly acclaimed tour, which launched in Shanghai in August 2024 with subsequent stops in Macau and Suzhou, is lauded for its immersive visual spectacle. The tour’s innovative modular stage design has already received international recognition, winning a prestigious iF Design award in 2025 for its ability to blend reality and illusion.Further cementing its design excellence, the tour also secured a Platinum Award at the 2025 Muse Design Awards. The Singapore show promises an extended experience, lasting three hours – a half-hour increase from his 2018 performance at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. Hsiao expressed his commitment to delivering a memorable experience, stating, “As long as the organisers don’t rush me out and as long as the audience wants to listen, I will be ther until everyone is happy and satisfied.”

A Festivity of Singapore’s Music Scene
For those seeking a distinctly local flavour, a concert featuring four established Singaporean bands is scheduled for October 25 at 6pm at the Esplanade Annexe Studio (1 Esplanade Drive, MRT: Esplanade).The event is especially appealing for those looking to utilize their Culture pass credits.
Bushmen, a name synonymous with Singapore reggae music since 1997, will headline the event, promising a set filled with feel-good vibes and classic reggae tunes. joining them will be Disko Biscuit, pioneers of the Singaporean shoegaze scene, who released their debut full-length album, Ethereal Walk, in 2023 after three decades of performing. Cesspit,a ska band blending influences from punk,reggae,Latin,and folk music,has been a fixture in the local gig circuit since 1995. Rounding out the lineup is Iman’s League, a melodic punk trio formed in 2008, known for their extensive touring across Asia and Australia.

Loco Brings Hip-Hop and R&B to Singapore
South Korean rapper Loco is set to deliver his frist major solo concert in Singapore on October 24 at 7.30pm at the Capitol Theater (17 stamford Road, MRT: City Hall). The performance supports his latest album, Scraps, released in July.
Loco first rose to prominence in 2012 as the winner of the inaugural season of the South Korean rap competition Show Me The Money.his blend of hip-hop and R&B has garnered a dedicated following, and this tour extends to other asian cities including Taipei and Bangkok. Loco previously performed in Singapore as part of the Waterbomb Singapore 2024 festival at Siloso Beach.
